On February 21, 2019, Fink revealed that the Wendover's body style had been changed from a four-door sedan to a two-door coupe. Little was heard about the Wendover until August 21, 2018, when Fink confirmed that the Wendover was still planned to be released. The Wendover served as the official pace car for the Belasco 400 at the beginning of its life. Its interior features a dashboard mounted screen known as the Wendover Information System, a direct reference to the Oldsmobile Toronado's optional Visual Information Center available from 1989 to 1992. Some aftermarket configurations are available with an all-wheel-drive system, components of which are also shared with the LeGran, which is not found on any factory configuration. The Wendover shares its four and six-cylinder engines and some suspension components with the mid-size Bruckell LeGran. The Wendover also appears to take influence from the 1986-1991 Cadillac Eldorado, given its available V8 engine.
